Why I Started Costa Rica Curated — And Why You’ll Want In

Let me tell you something about me: I don’t do average. I don’t do random. And I definitely don’t send people to just “Google it.”

You can stay in this unique balinese style villa overlooking the ocean steps from Tamarindo Beach.
For years, I’ve been living, breathing, and curating the real Costa Rica. The kind of Costa Rica that doesn’t show up on Expedia. The version that whispers, not shouts — but leaves you changed. I started Costa Rica Curated because I saw too many people coming here and missing the real thing. They were staying in overpriced hotels with zero soul, eating the same generic menu from coast to coast, and getting ‘experiences’ that felt more like a checklist than a memory. I couldn’t let that happen on my watch.

I’ve spent over a decade building a life here — connecting with local creatives, private property owners, eco-luxury hotels, retreat hosts, chefs, investors, and soul-aligned brands. I’ve walked the beaches. I’ve been to the mountaintop yoga shalas and the hidden jungle villas. I’ve tried the food (believe me, all the food). And now, I’m pulling back the curtain and letting you in. Costa Rica Curated is not a travel agency. It’s not a mass-market service. It’s me — putting my eyes, taste, and energy into matching the right people with the right places.
And believe me, I know people. I’m not just referring you somewhere random. I’m referring you to my people. To spots that feel aligned, authentic, and actually worth your money and your time. Whether you’re booking a vacation, looking for a long-term stay, scouting for investment, or planning something special — I’m here to help you do it in a way that feels like you.
I’m not here to sell Costa Rica — I’m here to show you the Costa Rica that sells itself… when you know where to look. And the truth is, I know exactly where to look.
